What’s included when you book
Bed Linen & Towels:
Every booking includes premium bed linen and soft towels – one bath towel and one small hand towel per guest. Sleep well and wake up refreshed every morning during your stay with us.
Fully Equipped Bathrooms:
All our bathrooms come stocked with luxurious hand soap and plenty of toilet paper (three rolls per bathroom). We make sure these small details are in place so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.
Kitchen Starter Kit:
We understand the importance of practical solutions from the moment you arrive. Your cabin is stocked with a few dishwasher tablets, a brand-new dish brush and cleaning cloth, two freshly washed kitchen towels, and a roll of paper towels.
Final Cleaning Included:
Final cleaning is always included in the price, but we appreciate it if our guests leave the cabin in the same condition as upon arrival. This helps our team and ensures the next guest also enjoys a clean and welcoming environment.

📅 How booking works with us
💳 Payment Terms
- Deposit: 20% of the total amount (minimum 6,000 SEK) if booked more than 90 days before arrival.
- Final payment: 80% due no later than 60 days before arrival.
- Payment deadline: 10 days from the date of booking applies to all reservations.
- If booked less than 90 days before arrival, the full amount is due at booking.
🔐 Good to Know
The full rental amount must be received before check-in. This ensures security for both parties.
For cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, the amount is refunded minus a 6,000 SEK admin fee. For cancellations 60 days or less, no refund is given.
We recommend that you have valid travel insurance.
🔧 Loss or Damage
We inspect the property after check-out. If any damage or loss is discovered, compensation and an admin fee may be charged.
