A conference package with us consists of three parts, which you book separately: accommodation with us, catering provided by a chef or a catering company from among our partners, and activities organised by the event organisers. There is no fixed package price – instead, you can work out the cost per person for your arrangement using the figures below, and you only pay for what you use. The house provides you with a meeting space, kitchen, sauna and bedrooms with no other guests, 20 minutes from Scandinavian Mountains Airport. After the conference day, you can look forward to hiking and cycling in the Sälen mountains or dog sled in Sälen; all bookable experiences are listed in our guide to experiences in Sälen.

Three options – the house only, with a chef, or with activities
- Basic – just the house. The whole house for 8–24 people, with a meeting area, kitchen, sauna, bed linen, towels and a final clean. You can cook for yourselves or eat out. This is the most affordable option and the most common choice for teams who want to work undisturbed.
- With a chef. The house, plus a chef from one of our partners who prepares dinner in the kitchen, serves the meal and washes up; breakfast and working lunches are either delivered or prepared by us. The menu is agreed with the chef and a quote is provided based on the number of guests.
- With activities. The accommodation, the chef and one or two pre-booked activities: snowmobile safaris or dog sledding in winter, guided walks or the Bike Park in summer, Experium all year round – booked directly with the organiser at their price.
Price per person
Sample calculations based on the prices on the holiday home websites, for the whole house: Sälengodset for 21 people costs 25,500 SEK for a short week (Sunday–Thursday) in low season, approximately 1,200 SEK per person for four nights, and SEK 40,500 in winter, approximately SEK 1,900 per person. A weekend from Thursday to Sunday costs SEK 27,500 and SEK 62,500 respectively. The Olarslodgen and Stenlodgen are cheaper, at 21,250 kr for a short week in low season; the Gattarstugan for 24 people costs 22,000 kr. On top of this come the chef’s fees (subject to quotation) and the activities: snowmobile safaris from 995 SEK per snowmobile for 1.5 hours (can be shared by two people); dog sledding from 1,599 SEK per adult; bowling at Experium at 425 SEK per lane for up to eight players; fishing licence: 130 kr per day. With twelve participants in single rooms in Sälengodset, the cost per person for a short week in low season is approximately 2,100 kr.
Sample programme: two days
- Day one: Arrival and lunch at the house at twelve, a working session until three, a coffee break with a view, a snowmobile safari or a guided walk at four, a sauna, and dinner prepared by the chef at seven.
- Day two: breakfast, a working session until lunch, a summary and decisions, then the journey home after lunch – or a third day with team-building activities in the morning.
