The most spectacular part of the house is the 115 m² event cellar. You can easily take the internal lift directly down from the mountain lodge to an environment inspired by international speakeasies – exclusive, atmospheric and completely unique in the mountain world.

A spacious mountain cottage measuring 305 m² with three bedrooms, large communal areas and a cosy mountain atmosphere with bohemian touches. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the dining area. An adjoining living room features a sofa suite and a fireplace. The Relaxation Cabin
A detached wellness building on the plot, featuring a private spa area. It includes a relaxation room, sauna, shower, toilet and outdoor spa for unwinding after the day’s activities.
Underground event venue – Winebunker
A 115 m² function cellar, accessible directly via a private lift from the main house, seven metres below ground level. The venue can accommodate up to 50 seated guests and is designed as an exclusive wine cellar with subdued lighting and natural materials. There is plenty of space for setting tables, serving food and mingling, as well as a private toilet.

Late check-out at 12.00
We offer the option of a late check-out, allowing you to remain in the house until 12.00 for a fee of 2500 SEK. Check-out is normally by 10.30 am at the latest, but by booking a late check-out, you can enjoy a few extra hours in the house and make your stay even more relaxing. Please note that late check-out can only be offered after checking with our cleaning company to ensure that additional resources are available for that day. We always aim to accommodate your requests and will let you know if this is possible as soon as we have confirmed it. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like a late check-out, and we will look into the possibility and ensure that everything is ready for your check-out at 12.00 if it is approved.
Early Check-in – 14.00
We offer the option of early check-in, allowing you to access the property from 2.00 pm for a fee of 2500 SEK. Check-in normally takes place from 3.30 pm, but by booking early check-in, you can start your stay earlier and have more time to enjoy everything we have to offer. Please note that early check-in can only be offered after checking with our cleaning company to ensure that additional resources are available on that day. Rent Extra Towels
Enhance your stay with our soft, high-quality bath towels. For your convenience during your stay, these towels will be provided for you in the house and should be left behind on departure.
Bathrobe Hire
For a fee of 185 SEK per bathrobe per person, we offer our guests the chance to fully enjoy our spa and relaxation area. Here, you can relax in two jacuzzis – one indoors and one outdoors – and enjoy a relaxing moment in our sauna. We also have a spa lounge area where you can rest and enjoy the peace and quiet. The bathrobes are one-size-fits-all and are both soft and comfortable, enhancing your experience in our spa and relaxation area. Our aim is for you to feel pampered and completely relaxed during your stay with us. On departure, please leave the bathrobes together with the other towels and bed linen for laundering.

Frequently asked questions
What are the cancellation rules and do I need travel insurance?
If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, the rental amount will be refunded minus an administration fee of SEK 6,000. If you cancel 60 days or less before arrival, no refund will be made. We therefore strongly recommend that you have valid travel insurance that covers unforeseen events, so that you can receive compensation if something unexpected happens before or during your stay.
What is included in the rent?
Premium bed linen and towels, fully equipped bathrooms with hand soap and toilet paper, kitchen starter kit (dishwasher tablets, new dish brush, dishcloth, dish towels, kitchen paper) and final cleaning.
What is the payment deadline and when must the rent be paid in full?
The payment deadline is 10 days from the date of booking. The full rent must be paid and registered on our account before arrival, as access to the house is only given when full payment has been received.
What are the payment terms?
20% of the total amount (minimum SEK 6,000) is payable when booking more than 90 days before arrival. The final payment of 80% is due at least 60 days before arrival. When booking later than 90 days before the stay, the full amount is payable directly.
