This cookie policy explains which cookies we use on salengodset.se and in the guest portal, why they are used and how you can manage them. Our general approach to the processing of personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your browser when you visit a website. It can, for example, remember which language you have chosen or keep you logged in. Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser, whilst others remain for a set period of time.
In addition to cookies, similar technologies may be used, such as storage directly in the browser. We treat these in the same way as cookies.
2. Your consent
The website is set to informed consent. This means that cookies used for statistics and marketing — and the scripts that set them — are not loaded at all until you have accepted them in the cookie pop-up. Essential cookies are required for the website to function and are set without your consent.
Refusing is just as easy as agreeing, and you can change your mind at any time. See section 6.
Consent is managed via Complianz, which stores your choice in a dedicated cookie so that you do not have to respond every time you visit.
3. Cookies on salengodset.se
Necessary
These are required for the website to function and cannot be disabled.
- cmplz_* — Complianz. Saves your cookie preferences. Up to 365 days.
- __cf_bm — Cloudflare. Distinguishes human visitors from automated traffic. 30 minutes.
- wordpress_*, wp-settings-* — WordPress. Set only for logged-in administrators, not for visitors.
Functional
- Language selection — TranslatePress. Remembers which language you’ve chosen so you don’t have to select it again.
Statistics — loaded only after you have given your consent
- _ga — Google Analytics. Distinguishes between visitors. 2 years.
- _ga_* — Google Analytics. Tracks the session. 2 years.
- _gid — Google Analytics. Distinguishes between visitors. 24 hours.
Your IP address is processed temporarily by Google to determine your approximate location, but is not recorded or stored by Google Analytics 4.
4. Content from other services
Some pages contain maps from Google Maps. They are only loaded once you have given your consent, as Google can then set its own cookies and see your IP address.
If there is an embedded video, it is displayed as a thumbnail. The player itself is only loaded from Google’s servers once you click on it.
Our links to Instagram and Facebook are standard links. No content from those sites is loaded onto our website, and they do not place any cookies on our site.
5. Cookies on the guest portal
If you have a booking with us, please use the guest portal at pms.salengodset.se. It uses its own cookies, and these are all the necessary for the login to work. That is why no cookie pop-up appears there.
- sb-*-auth-token — keeps you logged in after you have entered your one-time code. For up to 1 year, but access to the portal will cease 30 days after departure.
- sb-*-auth-token-code-verifier — is used during the login process itself. It is deleted when the browser is closed.
- __cf_bm — Cloudflare. Protection against automated traffic. 30 minutes.
We do not use any cookies for statistical or marketing purposes on the guest portal.
6. How to change your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by opening the cookie settings at the bottom of the website. Withdrawn consent applies going forward — cookies that have already been set will not be deleted automatically, but you can delete them yourself in your browser.
In your browser settings, you can also block cookies completely or delete those that have already been stored. If you block essential cookies, parts of the website and the guest portal may stop working.
7. Changes to this policy
The list is updated whenever we add or remove services. The date at the top shows when it was last amended. We check it regularly against what the website actually loads.
