Gattarstugan accommodates 24 guests, Fjällgodset 22, Sälengodset and Olarslodgen 21 each, and Winebunker 10. We manage the houses and can combine them: Sälengodset and Fjällgodset can accommodate 43 guests together, and with Winebunker, 53. All three are located at Gamla Sälfjällstangen, i.e. at the same address.
Will we have the house to ourselves?
Yes. Each house is let out in its entirety to one group at a time. There are no other guests, no shared conference facilities and no communal areas with other guests. If you book several houses together, the same applies to the whole group.
How do you organise food and drink?
You can choose between a private chef who cooks in the house, a catering service with ready-made meals for lunch and dinner, a barbecue evening with mountain views, or a wine package to complement the menu. Everything is tailored to your preferences and any dietary requirements.
How do guests get to the houses?
Scandinavian Mountains Airport is about 24 kilometres from the houses, roughly twenty minutes’ drive. It’s also easy to drive there from Stockholm, Oslo and Gothenburg. Electric car charging points are available at Sälengodset and Fjällgodset.
Can we combine the event with some activities?
Yes. Popular options include snowmobile safaris with lunch in a cabin or a tepee, dog sledding, guided walks and mountain biking, depending on the season. All of these can be combined with a sauna and spa at the lodge. We’ll put you in touch with the right local operator.
