During the period December to April - as well as July, August and September - we recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance, as our mountain houses book up quickly. Can you help with all aspects of event planning?
We do not offer in-house event planning, but once your accommodation is booked, we will be happy to help you get in touch with our experienced partners in catering, activities, chef services and more. You then manage the direct contact with each supplier.
Are there restrictions on sound and music?
As our houses are secluded, you can celebrate undisturbed indoors. For outdoor activities, please be considerate of noise levels after 23.00 - both for the sake of nature and any neighbouring accommodation.
How does the payment work?
We take 20 % in instalments at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days before arrival. Catering, activities and other optional extras are subject to our partners' own terms and conditions. Read more about our booking process.
Can we bring dogs to the holiday cottages?
Yes, Olarslodgen is our dog-friendly accommodation. An extra fee for cleaning will be added. Please let us know when booking so that we can prepare the cottage in the best way for you and your four-legged friend.
