We are responsible for how the house is presented, booked and experienced by the guest. This includes marketing, booking management, communication and structure of the stay.

 

You as the owner are responsible for the property as a whole - condition, maintenance, insurance and keeping the house at the required level over time.

This creates a model where both parties know what is expected. It also allows us to maintain a consistent quality across the range, while you retain control of your property.
