The Skiers Lodge is a newly built log cabin in Lindvallen with ski-in, ski-out access: you can clip into your skis right outside the house and head straight out onto the slopes. The chalet measures 240 square metres, sleeps 8 guests in four bedrooms and is built to make the most of the views, with large windows and two terraces facing the mountains.

The Skiers Lodge measures 240 square metres and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread over two floors. The ground floor houses the home’s communal areas, whilst the bedrooms are grouped together one floor below, along with a sauna and a private media room.

Ground floor
As you step into The Skiers Lodge, you’re greeted by a ground floor designed entirely around the view. Large windows look out towards the mountains, and two terraces are directly adjacent to the rooms – one facing south next to the living room, and another outside Matsalen. The dining room can accommodate the whole party at a long table with plenty of space. Adjacent to this is the kitchen, open to the dining room and built around a kitchen island with a hob, so that whoever is cooking is right in the middle of the action rather than facing a wall. Two ovens and plenty of worktop space make it possible to cook for many people at once. The living room is at the other end of the house, with a gas fireplace as its natural focal point and seating all around. This is where you unwind after a day on the slopes, with views of the skiing through the windows. There is also a guest toilet on this floor, and the hall provides a space to leave outdoor clothing and equipment before heading further into the house.
Ground floor
The staircase leads down to the sleeping area of the house, where all four bedrooms are situated. Two of the rooms have double beds and their own wardrobes – one with a view of the mountains, the other in a more secluded part of the floor next to the terrace. The other two rooms have bunk beds and can accommodate two to three guests each, making them equally suitable for children and adults travelling together. In the centre of the floor is a media room with a spacious corner sofa and its own desk area – the house’s second lounge area, just a flight of stairs away from the buzz of the dining room. From here, you can access the terrace on the same floor. The sauna area is at the other end of the floor, with twin washbasins and an adjoining shower. It’s the natural stop on the way back from the slopes. The floor also features a separate shower room with a toilet, as well as a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, making it easy to return home with a clean suitcase.

For a fee of 185 SEK per bathrobe per person, we offer our guests the opportunity to fully enjoy our spa and relaxation area. We offer the option of a late check-out, allowing you to remain in the house until 12.00 for a fee of 2500 SEK. Check-out is normally by 10.00 at the latest, but by booking a late check-out, you can enjoy a few extra hours in the house and make your stay even more relaxing. Please note that late check-out can only be offered after checking with our cleaning company to ensure that additional resources are available for that day. We always strive to accommodate your requests and will let you know if it is possible as soon as we have confirmed it. Please let us know when booking if you would like a late check-out, and we will look into the possibility and ensure that everything is ready for your check-out at 12.00 if it is approved.
Early Check-in – 14.00
We offer the option of early check-in, allowing you to access the property from 2.00 pm for a fee of 2500 SEK. Check-in is normally from 4.00 pm, but by booking early check-in, you can start your stay earlier and have more time to enjoy everything we have to offer. Please note that early check-in can only be offered after checking with our cleaning company to ensure that additional resources are available on that day. We always aim to accommodate your requests and will let you know if it is possible as soon as we have confirmed it. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like an early check-in, and we will look into the possibility and ensure everything is ready for your arrival at 2.00 pm if it is approved.
Frequently asked questions
What are the cancellation rules and do I need travel insurance?
If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, the rental amount will be refunded minus an administration fee of SEK 6,000. If you cancel 60 days or less before arrival, no refund will be made. We therefore strongly recommend that you have valid travel insurance that covers unforeseen events, so that you can receive compensation if something unexpected happens before or during your stay.
What is the payment deadline and when must the rent be paid in full?
The payment deadline is 10 days from the date of booking. The full rent must be paid and registered on our account before arrival, as access to the house is only given when full payment has been received.
What are the payment terms?
20% of the total amount (minimum SEK 6,000) is payable when booking more than 90 days before arrival. The final payment of 80% is due at least 60 days before arrival. When booking later than 90 days before the stay, the full amount is payable directly.
What is included in the rent?
Premium bed linen and towels, fully equipped bathrooms with hand soap and toilet paper, kitchen starter kit (dishwasher tablets, new dish brush, dishcloth, dish towels, kitchen paper) and final cleaning.
