Sollodgen is a log cabin built to the Stöten standard, designed for larger groups who wish to stay together, with the ski slope just a few minutes’ walk away. The house is situated in Soltorgsbyarna, next to Soltorget, which features a restaurant, the ski school’s meeting point and ski hire. Eight bedrooms, two saunas and an open-plan fireplace at the heart of the house make it an ideal choice for two families, a group of friends or a family reunion.

Sollodgen offers 220 square metres spread across eight bedrooms, five toilets and three showers, meaning a large group can stay together without feeling cramped. The location is the property’s greatest asset — everything you need is within walking distance.

The ground floor is the house’s natural gathering place. Here, the kitchen, dining area and living room come together in an open and sociable layout that invites you to cook together, enjoy long dinners and spend cosy evenings by the fireplace. From the living areas, you can access the large terrace that runs along several sides of the house. On this floor, there are also two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and WC, a separate guest toilet and a further shower and sauna area.
Upper floor – three bedrooms in a quieter part of the house
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms grouped around a shared corridor, with a separate toilet adjacent to the staircase. This part of the house is well suited to both families with children and adults who appreciate having the bedrooms separate from the larger communal areas. Here, you can retreat for a good night’s sleep whilst the socialising continues on the ground floor.
Lower floor – additional living area, bedroom and relaxation area
The lower floor provides the house with an additional social area, featuring a separate family room, a seating area and a TV. Perfect for children and teenagers who want their own space, or for anyone who wants to relax in front of a film whilst the rest of the group socialises upstairs. There are also three bedrooms, a sauna and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The practical utility entrance, with storage as well as washing and drying facilities, makes it easy to look after ski clothing and equipment after a day in the mountains. With its various communal areas and bedrooms spread over three floors, Solhyllan 10 is particularly well-suited for when several families or generations are travelling together.

Early Check-in – 14.00
We offer the option of early check-in, allowing you to access the property from 2.00 pm for a fee of 2500 SEK. Check-in is normally from 4.00 pm, but by booking early check-in, you can start your stay earlier and have more time to enjoy everything we have to offer. Please note that early check-in can only be offered after checking with our cleaning company to ensure that additional resources are available on that day. We always aim to accommodate your requests and will let you know if it is possible as soon as we have confirmed it. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like an early check-in, and we will look into the possibility and ensure everything is ready for your arrival at 2.00 pm if it is approved.
Frequently asked questions
What are the cancellation rules and do I need travel insurance?
If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, the rental amount will be refunded minus an administration fee of SEK 6,000. If you cancel 60 days or less before arrival, no refund will be made. We therefore strongly recommend that you have valid travel insurance that covers unforeseen events, so that you can receive compensation if something unexpected happens before or during your stay.
What is included in the rent?
Premium bed linen and towels, fully equipped bathrooms with hand soap and toilet paper, kitchen starter kit (dishwasher tablets, new dish brush, dishcloth, dish towels, kitchen paper) and final cleaning.
What is the payment deadline and when must the rent be paid in full?
The payment deadline is 10 days from the date of booking. The full rent must be paid and registered on our account before arrival, as access to the house is only given when full payment has been received.
What are the payment terms?
20% of the total amount (minimum SEK 6,000) is payable when booking more than 90 days before arrival. The final payment of 80% is due at least 60 days before arrival. When booking later than 90 days before the stay, the full amount is payable directly.
