When booking our hand-picked mountain houses in Sälen, it should be easy to understand what is included, what applies before arrival and how the booking process works - whether you are travelling with your family, a large group or your company.
Terms of payment
Upon booking, 20 % of the total amount is payable as a booking fee. This must be received by us within 5 days. Final payment of the remaining 80 % must be made no later than 60 days before arrival. If the booking is made with less than 90 days to go, the full amount must be paid immediately.
Payment is made according to the instructions in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, the rental amount will be refunded minus an administration fee of SEK 6,000. If you cancel 60 days or less before arrival, no refund will be made. We therefore strongly recommend that you have valid travel insurance that covers unforeseen events, so that you can receive compensation if something unexpected happens before or during your stay.

You are responsible for the accommodation and its contents during your stay. Any damage or loss must be reported to Sälengodset immediately. Costs may be charged in cases of negligence or misuse. We recommend that you hold valid home or travel insurance.
