Terms of payment
When booking, 20 % of the total amount is payable as a booking fee (VAT free). It must be received within 5 days. The final payment of the remaining 80 % is due 80 days before arrival at the latest. If the booking is made with less than 80 days to go, the full amount is payable immediately.
Payment is made according to the instructions in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, the rental amount will be refunded minus an administration fee of SEK 6,000. If you cancel 60 days or less before arrival, no refund will be made. We therefore strongly recommend that you have valid travel insurance that covers unforeseen events, so that you can receive compensation if something unexpected happens before or during your stay.
