The spacious dining area and open-plan living space flow seamlessly into the living room and TV room, making it the perfect place for socialising and relaxing. The centrally located gas fireplace serves as a natural focal point, radiating warmth and an inviting atmosphere throughout the ground floor. The décor has been tastefully chosen to create an authentic lodge-style feel, where rustic details and modern comforts come together in a harmonious blend. The well-equipped kitchen is a food lover’s dream, with plenty of space and all the necessary facilities to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to dinners for the whole group. The ground floor also features two master bedrooms, both fitted with comfortable double beds, providing a luxurious and private sleeping environment. For added comfort, there are also two en-suite bathrooms, one of which features a sauna – perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or in the mountains.
Loft
As you climb the stairs to the loft, an inviting and secluded part of Olarslodgen opens up, perfect for both relaxation and socialising. Here you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with comfortable double beds. Both bedrooms also feature an extra bed that can be easily rolled out from the loft, making it flexible for extra guests. At the heart of the loft is a generous living area, where a large, cosy sofa invites you to relax. Here you can settle down with a book, socialise with friends or enjoy the peace and quiet after a day’s adventures in the mountains. For added convenience, there is also a toilet in the loft, making it easy to enjoy the private atmosphere without having to go down to the ground floor. The tasteful décor and rustic details enhance the lodge-like feel, making the loft the perfect blend of privacy and togetherness.
The ground floor
An elegant spiral staircase leads down from the ground floor to the lower level – a well-designed and flexible part of Olarslodgen that offers both comfort and privacy. This level accommodates four bedrooms, with space for the whole family or larger groups who wish to have their own private spaces. Two of the rooms are furnished with comfortable double beds for a restful night’s sleep, whilst the other two each have two bunk beds – perfect for children, teenagers or friends travelling together. The ground floor has a unique layout, as it was previously divided into two separate flats. This means you’ll find two fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms with a sauna, and a clever sliding door that can divide the floor into two units if required – perfect for those who want to combine togetherness with private seclusion. Each unit also has its own direct access to the outdoor areas, providing a seamless connection to nature. Just outside the doors are two spacious ski storage rooms, perfect for storing ski equipment and outdoor gear. With its functional layout and flexible design, the ground floor serves as the ideal base for both larger families and groups wishing to enjoy the luxury of Olarslodgen at their own pace – complete with a sauna, proximity to nature and plenty of space for everyone.

We offer the option of a late check-out, allowing you to remain in the house until 12.00 for a fee of 2500 SEK. Check-out is normally by 10.30 am at the latest, but by booking a late check-out, you can enjoy a few extra hours in the house and make your stay even more relaxing. Please note that late check-out can only be offered after checking with our cleaning company to ensure that additional resources are available for that day. We always aim to accommodate your requests and will let you know if this is possible as soon as we have confirmed it. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like a late check-out, and we will look into the possibility and ensure that everything is ready for your check-out at 12.00 if it is approved.
Extra cleaning during the week
We offer the option to book an extra clean during your stay for a fee of 6000 SEK per cleaning session. By booking an extra clean, you can enjoy an even more relaxing stay, with a fresh and clean home every day. Please note that extra cleaning can only be offered after checking with our cleaning company to ensure that resources are available on the day you require. We always aim to accommodate your requests and will let you know if this is possible as soon as we have confirmed it. Please let us know well in advance if you would like extra cleaning during your stay, and we will look into the possibility and ensure everything is ready if it is approved.
Early Check-in – 14.00
We offer the option of early check-in, allowing you to access the property from 2.00 pm for a fee of 2500 SEK. Check-in normally takes place from 3.30 pm, but by booking early check-in, you can start your stay earlier and have more time to enjoy everything we have to offer. Please note that early check-in can only be offered after checking with our cleaning company to ensure that additional resources are available on that day. We always aim to accommodate your requests and will let you know if it is possible as soon as we have confirmed it. For a fee of 185 SEK per bathrobe per person, we offer our guests the chance to fully enjoy our spa and relaxation area. Here, you can relax in two jacuzzis – one indoors and one outdoors – and enjoy a relaxing moment in our sauna. We also have a spa lounge area where you can rest and enjoy the peace and quiet. The bathrobes are one-size-fits-all and are both soft and comfortable, enhancing your experience in our spa and relaxation area. Our aim is for you to feel pampered and completely relaxed during your stay with us. On departure, please leave the bathrobes together with the other towels and bed linen for laundering.

Frequently asked questions
What are the cancellation rules and do I need travel insurance?
If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, the rental amount will be refunded minus an administration fee of SEK 6,000. If you cancel 60 days or less before arrival, no refund will be made. We therefore strongly recommend that you have valid travel insurance that covers unforeseen events, so that you can receive compensation if something unexpected happens before or during your stay.
What is included in the rent?
Premium bed linen and towels, fully equipped bathrooms with hand soap and toilet paper, kitchen starter kit (dishwasher tablets, new dish brush, dishcloth, dish towels, kitchen paper) and final cleaning.
What is the payment deadline and when must the rent be paid in full?
The payment deadline is 10 days from the date of booking. The full rent must be paid and registered on our account before arrival, as access to the house is only given when full payment has been received.
What are the payment terms?
20% of the total amount (minimum SEK 6,000) is payable when booking more than 90 days before arrival. The final payment of 80% is due at least 60 days before arrival. When booking later than 90 days before the stay, the full amount is payable directly.
