Price per house per night
The prices are for the whole house; per night, based on a short week from Sunday to Thursday (four nights). Low season (spring, summer and autumn): Olarslodgen and Stenlodgen 21,250 SEK, approximately 5,300 SEK per night; Gattarstugan 22,000 SEK; Sälengodset 25,500 SEK, approximately 6,400 SEK per night or 300 SEK per person per night for 21 guests; Fjällgodset 26,500 SEK; Skiers Lodge 45,100 SEK; Winebunker 48,750 SEK. Winter 3 January–10 April: Olarslodgen and Stenlodgen 38,750 SEK, Sälengodset 40,500 SEK, Fjällgodset 44,500 SEK, The Skiers Lodge 56,100 SEK, Winebunker 65,000 SEK. Weekend (Thursday–Sunday) and full-week bookings are listed in the respective property listings; Villa Åsstigen is sold on a weekly basis, at 26,340 SEK in low season and 55,250 SEK in winter. How to book
Book the house directly on the property page or ask us for a combined quote for several houses. The booking fee is 20 per cent of the rent and must be paid within five days; the balance is due no later than 60 days before arrival, and for bookings made within 90 days, the full amount is payable immediately. If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, the rent will be refunded minus an administration fee of 6,000 SEK; if you cancel later than this, no refund will be given, so please check the cancellation cover in your travel insurance. Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am at the latest; late check-out until 12 noon is available as an optional extra. You can book a chef, catering, activities and transport through our partners, who will invoice you directly.

What is Included and What is Additional
Standard booking includes the house with all basic equipment, bed linen and towels. Wifi and heating are always included. Final cleaning is included at check-out.

Transport to Sälen
Sälen is easily reached by car from Stockholm in about five hours. From Oslo it is about three hours. For larger groups, bus charters can be an option that also builds team spirit already on the journey.
Flights to Scandinavian Mountains Airport in Sälen take 50 minutes from Stockholm. From there it is a short transfer to the accommodation. We can help coordinate transport according to your wishes.
