Weekend package – price and what’s included
A weekend stay with us runs from Thursday to Sunday – three nights, the whole house. The price includes bed linen, towels, a starter pack for the kitchen and bathroom, final cleaning and digital check-in with access codes. Low season (spring, summer and autumn): Olarslodgen and Stenlodgen 25,820 SEK, Gattarstugan 26,000 SEK, Sälengodset 27,500 SEK, Fjällgodset 29,500 SEK, Skiers Lodge 54,450 SEK, Winebunker 56,250 SEK. Winter 3 January–10 April: Gattarstugan 53,040 SEK, Olarslodgen and Stenlodgen 55,625 SEK, Sälengodset 62,500 SEK, Fjällgodset 67,500 SEK, Winebunker SEK 75,000, The Skiers Lodge SEK 81,950. Villa Åsstigen is sold on a weekly basis. With 21 guests in Sälengodset, a low-season weekend works out at approximately SEK 440 per person per night. Optional extras: made-up beds, late check-out until 12 noon, extra cleaning, bathrobes, electric car charging. Chefs and catering can be booked through our partners subject to a quote.
Thursday–Sunday: that’s what the weekend looks like
Thursday: check-in from 4 pm using the access code, sauna on, dinner prepared by the chef or cook your own meal. Friday: a full day on the slopes or on the trails, afternoon in the hot tub, a long dinner. Saturday: snowmobile safari, dog sledding or guided hike in the morning, lunch at the cottage, evening by the fire. Sunday: late breakfast, one last sauna and check-out by 10 at the latest – or 12 as an option.
A winter weekend – prices and what’s on
Special arrival dates and minimum stay requirements apply for Christmas, New Year, the winter half-term and Easter – please see the booking calendar on the property’s website; weekend stays are available during the remaining winter weeks from 3 January to 10 April and from 11 to 24 April. At The Skiers Lodge, you can ski straight from the door; at Olarslodgen, the ski lifts are a couple of hundred metres away; and at Gattarstugan, the slopes at Tandådalen are within walking distance. Snowmobile safaris from 995 SEK per snowmobile and dog sledding from 1,599 SEK per adult can be booked with Fjällaventyr at Högfjället.

Winter – skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and the sauna
Winter in Sälen is something special. The snow is deep and white, and the days are filled with possibilities. You can ski downhill in Lindvallen, Tandådalen, Hundfjället or Stöten. Cross-country ski trails start from several of our houses, which means that you can easily strap on your skis outside the door.
For those who want to discover the mountains in a different way, there are snowshoeing, snowmobile safaris or ice climbing with a guide. Summer – walking, cycling, swimming and padel

Weekends in summer and autumn
Low-season rates from late April to late November, with walking trails and the Bike Park open from June, fishing permits from 130 SEK per day and light evenings on the terrace. Autumn (September–October) brings vibrant colours and quiet trails; in November, the summer facilities close and the ski lifts do not open until December. Arrival on Sundays, Wednesdays or Thursdays outside the high season.
Culinary highlights - from self-catering to private chef
Good food is part of the overall experience during a weekend in the mountains. Our kitchens are well equipped for those who want to cook for themselves, but we also offer contacts to local chefs who can create a dinner beyond the ordinary.

How many nights is a weekend booking?
Usually 3 nights, from Thursday to Sunday, but we are flexible depending on your preferences and availability. During high season some periods may have minimum booking length.
Are cleaning and bed linen included?
We always include final cleaning, bed linen and towels in your booking. For those who want to add an extra touch to their stay, it is possible to add practical options such as early check-in, late check-out, bathrobe, extra bath towels, made beds or extra cleaning during the week. All to make your weekend in Sälen as relaxing as possible.
Can we bring a dog?
Sälengodset, Olarslodgen and Gattarstugan allow dogs – see our page on dog-friendly accommodation For further information. We do not charge an extra fee for dogs. Dogs are welcome in Sälengodset, Olarslodgen and Gattarstugan, with a maximum of two per booking as a general rule – if you wish to bring more, please contact us in advance so we can confirm this. We do not accept cats or other pets in any of the properties.
